Doll Stands for fake Blythe / ICY DBS

 I bought a few doll stands. Two arrived recently. I was excited to try them out. I thought the one on the left would be great because it was described as "invisible" stand but it was a let down. I couldn't get the doll to stand. I was pretty disappointed. The one on the right was not bad. It is plain looking but it does the job. I have another stand coming. If that one works out well, I'll get a few more. At the meantime, enjoy!

Strike another pose! I couldn't resist buying the baby doll clothing. I love the cute shorts / pantaloons! Well, everything about the outfit. The bunny ears have wires inside so it can be twisted around the head and not slip down. I handsewed the second outfit from some scraps of cloth given by my friend's mother. Very basic but eh, she looks like she's ready to kick some ass.

Another ICY DBS Doll!

 She's so sweet!!! I haven't named her yet. She has a sweet smile but I need something quirky ... I may have to look for yet another doll ...

My First ICY DBS Doll!

 

 

This is my first ICY DBS Doll. Her name is Lily. Got her from Lazada MY. Original price listed on the site was about RM80. With vouchers, the price went down to about RM65. It came with extra hands but no clothing.

I am in love with her. She's so sweet. I love her silver hair.

I cut out a piece of fabric and tied it behind her neck like a halter top. I plan to make more simple clothing because I am without a sewing machine here.

ICY DBS is imitation Blythe doll. Authentic Blythe dolls are not highly articulated. "This is Blythe" website sells ICY DBS Dolls, not authentic Blythes.
